There's nothing better than a welcome by one of our producers at their farm gate, learning how our produce is grown and the efforts which go into growing the food we are able to enjoy. 

There is so much that we have learnt – had you asked me what 'keyline ploughing' was before opening Masons, I would have answered with a blank stare. I am truly grateful for the education I have gained over this time and hope to share some of that within this space.

This page is dedicated to sharing those experiences we are fortunate to have had over the past five years and some of my favourtie recipes using local produce. These are my words and my experiences. Enjoy.
