So we’re all back into Stage 3 and keeping safe which sadly means no dine-in BUT it doesn’t mean we can’t have some fun right? Our talented team want to continue cooking award-winning food so over the coming weeks we’re offering you the opportunity to create memorable Masons experiences in the safety of your home. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday nights we look forward to providing you with the ingredients and instructions needed for you to enjoy and create Masons-At-Home. Six delicious flavours and seasonal tastes with all of the garnishes provided for a true Masons experience. Don’t stress if you’re not a professional chef, we’re making it super simple for you to heat and plate-up. Look out for some Masons-Classics as they pop up on the menu and we’ll keenly keep an eye on socials for your award-winning presentations!

We’re also Popping-Up a Masons Bakery & Pantry every Saturday morning so you can stock up on Masons sourdough & smoked miso butter (plus other baked deliciousness) for the week ahead. Yes, you read right, Masons smoked miso butter to enjoy at home! If there’s something you’d like to see pop-up in the bakery, let us know.

Online ordering opens each Monday at 5pm for the week ahead with a NEW Masons-At-Home menu and bakery options each week. All orders must be pre-ordered and pre-paid online or over the phone; there is no walk-in-to-buy option.

Cut off ordering times:

  • 12 noon on the day for Masons-At-Home
  • Friday 12 noon for the Pop Up Bakery and Pantry

Delivery Charge: $10 for delivery to 3550, $15 to 3551, 3556. Contact us prior to ordering for delivery outside of these postcodes.

Masons-At-Home Menu: Classic – week ending 20th September

$55 per person (minimum two people)

  • McIvor Farm pork shoulder, chilli cashews, yellow bean caramel, green mango salad
  • Duck and garlic chive steamed dumplings, pickled daikon, mizuna, black vinegar dressing, rice crisps
  • Thirty-two-hour oyster blade, BBQ rub, Pommes Anna, chimichurri dressing
  • Roasted broccoli, couscous, chickpeas, preserved lemon, caramelised garlic vinaigrette
  • Charred Spring cabbage, smoked miso, Goma dressing
  • Chocolate marquis sandwich, puffed quinoa, orange, malt and salted cumquat caramel sundae

  • Ricotta tortellini, Victorian asparagus, chopped egg dressing, linseed wafer
  • Cauliflower tart, shaved heirloom cauliflower salad, truffle dressing
  • Crispy fried eggplant salad, kohlrabi, chilli cashew, coconut, yellow bean caramel, fragrant herbs
  • Roasted broccoli, couscous, chickpeas, preserved lemon, caramelised garlic vinaigrette
  • Charred Spring cabbage, smoked miso, Goma dressing
  • Chocolate marquis sandwich, puffed quinoa, orange, malt and salted cumquat caramel sundae

Add Masons Smoked Miso Butter Bread Pull-Apart to add to your experience for $6.00.

And it’s not a true Masons-At-Home experience without adding a cocktail, locally sourced craft beer, cider or Victorian wine. We’ve recommended a blend or choose your own from the beverage list below.

– 2018 Wild Duck Creek Estate “Dabbler” Cabernet Sauvignon Carmenere, Heathcote $54
Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with Carmenere to make this wine a well-rounded blend, both smooth and supple. Think of primary fruits, earthiness and richness. Wild Duck Creek Estate wines produce some of the best wines in Heathcote and make the perfect accompaniment to Masons cuisine. This wine is only sold in restaurants and by allocation only.
– 2016  Williams Crossing Chardonnay, Macedon Ranges $54
Curly Flat junior label Williams Crossing Chardonnay is true to varietal character. Floral and oak driven making for a round palate and a crisp finish.    This chardonnay is well rounded to match through our Masons-At-Home dinner both classic and vegetarian.
