Gift Vouchers

Please note: 

• Vouchers are no longer available for sale.
• If you have a voucher that is number 14723 or LESS then it’s no longer valid (you had 3 years!) – NO EXCEPTIONS.
• If your voucher is expiring in December or January, please make a reservation ASAP as these will NOT be transferable. Vouchers numbered between 14724 – 15204. No exceptions.
• If your voucher number is between 15204 – 15814 you are eligible to request a voucher transfer to either of the following venues: Ms Batterhams, The Woodhouse OR The Brougham Arms Hotel.
• Please note: no cash will be given in exchange for vouchers.  Just as a way the gift was intended, this is our way of supporting other local, quality hospitality businesses.
• There is a request form at the restaurant to be filled out when you present your physical voucher. We will issue a new voucher which will have the same expiry date and value so please ensure you book, at your designated venue, before the expiry time.  This voucher will also include your chosen venue and code.
• Your details will remain confidential and will be sent through to the venue to be placed in their database for their records.
• Requests for voucher transfers will remain open until our final service for 2024 – Saturday 23rd December. This will allow us enough time to process them and send through the details to the other venues before Christmas.

Please treat your voucher as you would cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will NOT be replaced. You must bring your voucher at the time of dining; a photo/image will not be accepted.
