It just blows me away that you can take four simple ingredients to create something quite incredible!

My favourite gnocchi to make is the City of Gastronomy Gnocchi – organic potatoes from Sandors Harvest, salted butter by Long Paddock Cheese, Laucke Flour and a good sprinkle of salt from Pyramid Hill Salts.

Heat in a nonstick pan with some good quality, locally sourced Extra Virgin Olive Oil to give those little pillows a golden crust, whilst the middle is soft and delicious. Hungry yet?

Over the month of August, purchase our gnocchi and choice of sauces, with 10% going toward Bendigo Foodshare. It breaks my heart knowing people within my community are struggling.

I am loving the colour and flavours of this latest new addition to the menu, 'Vitello tonnato, Moonjarra Farm quail egg, fried capers, Bridgeward Grove olive oil crisps, roquette' - the first starter served as part of our Full Roaming Experience. 'What is our full roaming experience exactly?'

Start with a snack and venture onto four savoury dishes, plus a side salad, and our much-loved sourdough bread and miso butter. Finish off with something sweet prepared by me!

It's a set menu designed to showcase our local seasonal produce and yes, we can accommodate dietary requests - please let us know at the time of booking.

Our full experience is $110 per person and matching wines an additional $50 per person.

Two years to the date, four Bendigo restaurants came together for a collaboration that made such a positive impact; flavouring the community’s tastebuds as well as strengthening these four small businesses during extraordinary times.

Two years on, these four businesses have come together again to launch a progressive dinner like no other -

‘Flavour Trail; A Gastronomic Adventure in Bendigo’

Choose your starting point and we’ll take care of the rest!

Four groups will enjoy four unique menus as you head from venue to venue.

Begin with a starter and matched wine at your designated venue.

We’ll have a bus at the ready to get you to your next course and next venue.

Enjoy a second starter and matched wine before bussing to your main course at the next venue.

Dessert will be presented at the fourth venue, with paired wine.

Buses will be at the ready to make sure you get back to your first venue, if you so choose.
