Please note: due to the corona virus restrictions and current government regulations, there are a few items of information that we are required to ask of our guests. We appreciate that some people may be uncomfortable in providing this information, however, if this is the case we will, unfortunately, be unable to complete a reservation for you at this time and we thank you for your understanding of this.

** Guests’ Details

In accordance with regulations, we are required to keep a log of ALL guests’ full names and contact numbers. These details will be kept in a secure location and destroyed after 28 days. If you don’t have access to the details of other guests joining you when we call, we will follow up with an email prior to your booking. At no time will we be sharing this information with third parties unless required by the DHHS relating to a corona virus outbreak.

As the situation changes with the easing of restrictions, we will reassess these requests and provide you with updates.

In relation to customer and staff safety; we are guided by the Hospitality Industry Guidelines for corona virus issued by the Victorian State Government on Monday 25th May 2020. We take the safety of our community very seriously and will adopt all measures as recommended by this document. For the safety of all please DO NOT dine with us if you:

** are currently required to be in isolation because you have been diagnosed with corona virus

** have been directed to a period of 14 days quarantine by the Department of Health and Human Services as a result of being in close contact of someone with corona virus

** display any of the following symptoms: Fever, Chills, Cough, Sore Throat, Shortness of Breath, Runny Nose, Loss of Sense of Smell.

** Vouchers

We ask that you please refrain from presenting your vouchers in the coming weeks until restrictions ease. We are extending vouchers purchased from 1st January 2018 – November 2019 for a further year. Vouchers purchased after November 2019 are valid for three years. Vouchers purchased prior to January 2018 will NOT be accepted.

** Credit Card Confirmation

Due to the restrictions in guest numbers, we are requiring all bookings provide us with credit card details. These details are stored within our booking system and can only be accessed by management. They are encrypted so are unable to be accessed by third parties. The safety and privacy of information is a top priority and we will never disclose your information to others. We will never forward any of your information to third parties. Our booking system OBEE has strict policies around the security and safe-guarding of your information. We are also following the 12 step guide developed by the Payment Card Industry to ensure we are doing our upmost in keeping your information safe. Masons of Bendigo will accept cancellations or amendments 24 hours prior to the reservation time and reserves the right to charge a fee for reservations which are:

  • No showing or failing to show for a dining room reservation
  • Reduction in guest numbers after confirmation

Any changes made within 24 hours of the booking may incur a fee of $50 per person which will be charged to your credit card.

*Please note: inaccurate credit card details will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
