Vouchers purchased after November 2019 are valid for three years and must be presented at the time of dining. Vouchers purchased prior to January 2018 will NOT be accepted. A voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied and if altered in any way, will not be accepted.
Copies or photos of vouchers will not be accepted; hard copies must be presented.
** Credit Card Confirmation
We are requiring all bookings provide us with credit card details at the time of booking. These details are stored within our booking system and can only be accessed by management. They are encrypted so are unable to be accessed by third parties. The safety and privacy of information is a top priority and we will never disclose your information to others. We will never forward any of your information to third parties. Our booking system OBEE has strict policies around the security and safe-guarding of your information. Masons of Bendigo will accept cancellations or amendments 24 hours prior to the reservation time and reserves the right to charge a fee for reservations which are:
- No showing or failing to show for a dining room reservation
- Reduction in guest numbers after confirmation
Any changes made within 24 hours of the booking may incur a fee of $50 per person which will be charged to your credit card.
